Charlene Rachuy Cox, DMin, MDiv, is the Director of Programming, Engagement, and Innovation for Congregational Thriving at St. Olaf College. An ELCA Pastor, she oversees the Nourishing Vocation Project and the Nourishing Vocation with Children Project.
