Tom Morgan is Professor of Leadership Studies at Augsburg University in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He has taught often with Martha E. Stortz in graduate and undergraduate settings over the past ten years, working to help students better understand and articulate their callings. He was involved in the planning team for the consultation on Lutheran Social Teaching that engaged the ELCA social statement, Sufficient Sustainable Livelihood for All.
