Gifty Arthur

Gifty Arthur was a member of Luther College’s class of 2017 in Decorah, Iowa, studying Management and Computer Science. She came to Luther from Ghana and was a member of the Luther Congregation Council and a participant in the college’s Journey Conversations project.
